Programmable Orientation

All feeders orient parts, materials and packages using the same basic principals.  Each technology is dependent on the weight & geometry of the item combinded with speed.  When part geometry is unfavorable due to parts natural center of gravity, too many features or a of lack or features  then active tooling is utilized to provide defined part or package orientation. These devices are pnuematic and or electro-mechanical and are used in combination with sensors or vision systems to orient the parts.  These systems can also be used for inspection, sort or load dead nests of machines,.
