Large Part Flex Feed System
CDS LIPE products and services are "Dedicated to Movement" Families of parts, small complex parts and large parts with dificult geometry or weight are canidates for a Flex Feeding Process.
Flex Feeding systems are developed to meet the needs of cusomer's specific applications and working environments using standard CDS LIPE products and integrated, stand alone controls. Each system generally consist of bulk supply, linear and lateral materials distribution to vision guided flexible automation pick belt with encoder feedback. A recirculation system is included whenever possible which orients parts, package or materials on return to distribution step.
