Contract Design Service Inc. of Rochester, New York purchased the Dyna-Slide, Dyna-Belt, Dyna-Feed, Flex Frame product lines in mid 2008 and incorporated these lines as a division of its manufacturing company, CDS Manufacturing. CDS recogonized the rare opportunity to utilize the experience and knowledge available and brought many of the experienced people from Lipe Automation on board forming CDS LIPE Division in Liverpool N.Y. This allows CDS to build upon the Syracuse teams' decades of experience and well deserved reputation for solving difficult material handling challenges.
