Dyna-Slide Feeder/ Orientors/Sorters/Accumulators/Conveyors offer a unique solution for your parts & package handling requirements. Dyna-Slide, while comparable to feeder bowls in many applications, can feed parts and packages that bowls are simply incapable of moving without damaging. These include long parts and parts that require gentle handling. Feeder/Orienters
Dyna-Slide feeder/orienters are capable of taking randomly oriented parts and presenting them in a consistent orientation, using interchangeable or adjustable tooling, Dyna-Slide is versatile and capable of handling a family of parts in a single feeder with quick change tooling. Unlike vibratory bowls or centrifugal feeders, Dyna-Slide feeder/orienters can handle fragile parts made from green powdered metal, glass or ceramic. Dyna-Slide is also commonly used to handle finished parts and packages.
Conveyors
 
Dyna-Slide conveyors provide vibratory power with a brush surface to gently move parts. A variety of standard and custom engineered options are available. These include: live and dead nests, gating mechanisms, and electronic sensing devices for part identification and flow control. Counters, switches, stops, pushers, transfer mechanisms, and portable options are available in many combinations. 90 degree transfers can be accomplished without the use of gates or diverters allowing the handling of fragile parts.

Intelligent Bulk Part Supply Solutions
When you need to efficiently handle a large volume of parts, how a part is supplied to your system is critical to the success of any part feed system. Dyna-Slide "Smart Dumpers" and can be supplied to meet an extraordinary large range of project requirements. This equipment can act as "in line" buffer stores and is designed to meter bulk material and allow and integration to upstream feed and orientation equipment. Dyna-Slide Accumulators are used for a variety of applications where fragile parts or parts sensitive to surface abrasion must be accumulated. Parts can be accumulated gently in a single layered over the entire surface area eliminating part to part damage and minimizing surface to conveyance surface. Accumulators can be sized to fit your particular application.

Low Level Hoppers
Dyna-Slide Low Level Hopper's, used for a variety of applications, will handle bulk load accumulation of small parts, which can be metered to control the number of parts being fed upstream through the system or to a machine. How Dyna-Slide Technology Works
 Dyna-Slide’s patented technology is based on the use of a vibrating tool plate called a brushplate that is lines with a biased surface. This is most often a brush like material applied at an angle to the brushplate. Vibrations is applied to the brushplate at a defined pitch and amplitude which causes the part to move in the required direction. The part speed will depend on weight and configuration of the part, the frequency, and the amplitude of the vibration. Because the brush surface acts like soft springs, fragile parts such as powdered metal, powdered ceramics, and glass are handled without damage. Heavier parts are handled in similar manner but other surface materials and methods are applied.
The advantage of brush lining over bare aluminum and plastic include, positive gripping action, spring-like dampening and smooth, fast, quiet conveyance. Generally low dBa emissions make it ideal when other vibratory feeders are deemed too loud.
