Chain Conveyors
Dyna-Chain offers several types of positioning and precision indexing chain conveyors. Several capacities are available. These systems are custom design/build projects so please do not hesitate to let us know your application requirements.
Dyna-Chain is proud to introduce as part of our line a modular table top chain conveyors, including our latest line of modular, stainless steel USDA/FDA conveyors in late 2002. Working with iX Line to introduce this unique product line to the American market has been exciting. The iX line offers the same benefits as our modular aluminum conveyor allowing for flexible design using standardized components. With a range of chain widths exceeding our competitors and a unique curve design this product is the ideal in-line accumulators and flexible material transport conveyors. It is also capable of high speed operation of up to 220 fpm making it an ideal sortation conveyor. Designed to provide long service and dependability the iX line modular conveyor system design to meet your ever changing needs.
Dyna-Chain accumulators are used for a variety of applications from in line , high speed accumulation to a system designed to meter, orient and distribute parts in single file to a machining center or packaging system Modular design and construction allow the Dyna-Belt chain can be configured to meet a wide range of application requirements.

Available in both aluminum and stainless steel modular framework the iX conveyor line is available in 80mm, 120mm, 160mm, 240mm and 320mm standard chain widths. It's unique design allows for highly efficient vertical and horizontal curve sections. Product elevators are available. |
Machine Infeeds: The Dyna-Chain Line of modular conveyors and precision pallet conveyors is readily configured as part of a total system solution. With the introduction of index controls or shaft encoders a Dyna-Chain conveyor can be used for the most demanding machine feed and integrations requirements.

Integrated Solutions:
Lipe Automation can provide the total system solution including a system capable of part orientation, part positioning, partfeeding, metering, and distribution. The Dyna-Chain product may be sold as part of a stand alone system or integrated as part of our customers total automation solution. We have the ability to provide “turnkey systems” to both end users and machine system integrators. We have experience with all types of part feeding and conveying systems including packaged goods handling, high speed PET bottle handling, puck handling, paper converting conveyors, vertical transportation, mass flow, static dissipative and hygienic conveyor systems. Often working in partnership with OEM’s Lipe can also provide kitted assemblies designed to support the OEM’s unique manufacturing requirements.
