Dyna-Belt Conveyors
Dyna-Belt line is comprised both custom belt conveyor solutions and pre-engineered modular product series.
The modular, pre-engieered series are seperated by available belt width and load capacity. These include our Low-Profile, Power Belt and Bulk Mover Series. These pre-engineered modules can be configured to provide a wide range of customized solutions including sanitary machine infeeds, discharges, cleated elevators,cleated conveyors with accordian side walls, sorting & grading conveyors, vision guided robot pick conveyors, metal detection conveyors, wash system conveyors , laners, accumulators, powerbelt conveyors, Z style incline conveyors. They are available as stock items in sanitary designs.
Our custom conveyors include precision timing belt conveyors for part and pallet positioning as well as belt feeders.
Dyna-Belt Low Profile Series:
Low Profile Series
This modular, low profile conveyor can be configured to meet the demands of a wide range of applications. We use a standard aluminum extrusion frame and a variety of standard and custom engineered options are available. These include: specialty gating mechanisms, and electronic sensor devices for part present and flow control. Counters, switches, stops, pushers, transfer mechanisms, and portable options are available in many combinations. 90 degree transfers can be accomplished without the use of gates or diverters allowing the handling of fragile parts.
Dyna-Belt Low Profile conveyors can be used by an extraordinarily broad range of industrial applications because they are constructed with both aluminum profiles and 11 Ga. stainless steel pre-fabricated side frames. Dyna-Belt Low Profile conveyors can meet the most demanding project specifications with ESD, High Temp., Clean Room and USDA/FDA conveyor belting is available. Specialty motors and reducers are also available for any environment as standard options.
Power Belt Series
Applications:
The Power Belt Line as available from stock as components, kitted assemblies, assembled equipment or complete systems.
Bulk Mover Belt Series
This is a custom line based on USDA-FDA Diary Spec. approved direct drive belt technology. The Bulk Mover Series is a highly sanitary bulk conveyor available as both a modular,pre-emgineered belt conveyor available in standard width from 24" to 96" with 15 degree, 20 degree, 30degree and 35 degree troughing idlers standard . This is a heavy duty conveyor available in any overall length between 24" to over 300'-0"
Complere with multiple frame,direct drive diameters from 8" to 24" diameter drive & , tail designs, impact beds, supports, inclkine & decline intermediate beds, load hoppers andguide rails.
* Remember that our direct drive belt technology allows for high speed, steep incline, flighted and accordion wall belts that move product with less then horse power then traditional belts. This is especially true of wet enviroments.
